Mammy Wagon

A mammy wagon is a wooden construction on a lorry chassis used for carrying goods and occasionally passengers are also carried. This vehicle is pictured in Sokoto in Northern Nigeria. The owner of this mammy wagon has his name, Haji Ma Bayo Mije Olowa, on the side. The prefix 'haji' indicates that he has made the pilgrimage to Mecca - the haj.
